Friendly Fantastically Funny Five!

Happy Birthday to my Lively, Spunky Ava!

Ava had only a few requests:

One thing she wanted was a Balloon Machine so that she could have lots of balloons....
I do think we managed to fulfill this request! :-)

You think she likes them????  It's kind of hard to tell, isn't it?

What did Ava request as her birthday cake?
 Lemon Meringue Pie!
Birthday Card from Big Sister Annika:
Hugs for Daddy who has to go to work:
Hugs for Daddy from Annika...who is getting taller every day (or so it seems):

The best part about those Strawberry Shortcake dolls...the SMELL!  hee hee hee....

Since Daddy wouldn't be home until late we decided to celebrate Ava's birthday early in the morning.  That way Daddy wouldn't miss the festivities!  We ate lemon meringue pie (breakfast of champions, right?), Ava opened gifts and then even got a little time to enjoy playing with her new gifts.

Ava and Mommy had a lovely day....running a few errands, enjoying Story Time at the Library with friends, eating one of her favorite sandwich shops (Jimmy Johns), enjoying her last Swim & Gym class at the YMCA (it was Parents vs. Kids T-Ball game!  LOL!) and then playing with her sister at home.

My very, very excited FIVE-year old!

Happy Birthday to my sweet little Ava....here's hoping and wishing for many more wonderful years to come and that you never lose your cheerful, friendly nature!

Wow! Happy Birthday Ava! If you are five, that means it has been more than 5 years since your family has been to see us! Time flies.
