PawPaw comes for a visit

Grandpa visited us this weekend! The guys did mainly "guy crafting" - making progress on our kitchen island project and on the log splitter (that will be a separate post some day).





Ava calls Grandpa "PawPaw" and it's too cute! She used to call him PopPop so PawPaw is an improvement.

Naturally we had to take Grandpa to the newly opened Potosi Brewery. The dinners there are awesome. We had salmon that wasn't overcooked (that's amazing for the Midwest) and they even had a perfect creme brulee for dessert!PawPaw with Girlies. Can you tell Ava was a little cranky?
