Riding Bikes in Sleepers.
Don't you ride your bike while wearing a sleeper?????
No???
She was wearing a dress and pants earlier in the day but as soon as we came home she zipped up and changed into her only sleeper that fits her. I kind of hate the sleeper as it's difficult for her to go the bathroom with it on. BUT she just LOVES it. I guess you could say we have a love-hate relationship with sleepers.
Annika really wants to learn how to ride her bike but she doesn't want to listen to any suggestions. So, I'm trying to let her figure it out on her own. She even asked if she could take biking lessons. LOL! Why oh why is it that she thinks she can learn more from someone else?
Did you notice in the photos...all the snow is GONE! It just vanished. POOF! Now my crocuses are blooming and the narcissus and tulips are poking up their heads. I wish I could believe that spring is now here but it's wayyyy to early for spring to arrive in these parts. We're enjoying and taking advantage of these early spring days by being outside as much as possible. The temperature and the sunshine are very welcome after the cold, harsh winter. I am day dreaming about my garden and all the changes I'd love to make over the summer. Wouldn't it be lovely to walk under some wooden arches going to the house? I can envision it lit up at night with fairy lights. And covered with some flowering vines....Hmmmm.... I'm also envisioning painting the "shutters" some other color....haven't made up my mind as to which color though.
What are your garden plans this summer?

That is so cute. My son is the same way, the instant we walk in the door he goes upstairs and puts his pjs on. That is great that your snow is gone. We are in the middle of a HUGE storm right now. We just got over 14" and it is still snowing.
We have GOT to get a bike for Wynne. You'd think we'd have one with all the other kids, but they take such a beating that things get beat up and thrown out...
I love that sleeper! It's her "riding gear". :)
Garden plans, ha. Whatever Mark wants to do. I am not much of a gardener, as you know!
Love the bike pictures! What happy, springy fun! Living in Oregon, though, I think that wooden arches are *pretty,* but we call them "spider traps" around here, because they're a sure-fire way to get a faceful of spiders in the fall. Ick. I don't know what the spider situation is like around there, though.
My kids will do ANY kind of activity in pajamas! And I'm really OK with it, since it doesn't matter if the jammies get stained up and tattered - they're just for at-home use. It spares the school clothes from some of the wear-and-tear of busy, outside kids!
